haha! yep, my 1RM is 115 from back in Feb. I did 100x3 in July and August though so I thought might as well try for 2 at 110!

legs are sore AF and I’m assuming it’s from the HIIT I did tues night since saturday was the last time I did legs in the gym.

you're right, costco's bakery does really well :D this chocolate chip coffee cake was from a lame generic grocery store and i know it wouldn't have been great

went grocery shopping and stocked up for the week and got some stuff that won’t go bad for this upcoming weekend camping trip. then went to get that massage! It was… good? but not really enjoyable. since it’s been so long since I’ve got a massage EVERYTHING was tight and knotted. It hurt. I had DOMS on Sunday from it. he did a lot of nerve work too which wasn’t comfortable but seemed necessary. will try to get another one within 3 months to not get into this position again!

 

then I went to the gym for deload squats!

we did so much prep and packing so that we didn’t have to rush around after work all week and do it. packed the dry food and kitchen tote. packed the equipment tote and clothes bag. SO sliced the kielbasa and put it in the freezer.

 

then we ended up ordering pizza and salad for dinner and finishing The Defenders. the pizza fit into my day but I got munched later after 3 episodes and ate another Rx bar. so ~320 over my weekly goal. which is 45cals over per day. same as last week pretty much. not terrible but not great since weight is kind of sticking around 175 and pants are still tight. need to really try and stick to 1860/day this week before heading off on our trip.

 

still slacking on that pull up bar play goal but i'm doing something on it every week which is better than the nothing i was doing before this challenge

Yay for camping! I made the breakfast tacos in the cabin like we talked about it was a fantastic idea. I'm definitely doing this next time we camp.

yeah i feel fine today, actually bruised on the tops of my hands. he did a lot of pushing around there and what i guess was nerve work? i just don't know enough about PT or massage therapy to be like YES IT'S WHAT I NEEDED or wtf dude.

I did eat a bunch of chocolate covered peanuts and raisins at moms house but it was basically lunch since I didn’t have anything for that meal.

 

we watched the first episode of Dark Matter and I wasn’t impressed.

slept in after staying up too late to finish GoT. I did do a min on the pull up bar though

 

at work:

2 planks @ 75s

wall sit @ 60s

boat pose @ 60s

lunges @ 60s each

 

did sprints after work, 6 at 30s each with a 5 mins warmup and cooldown jog. total: 2.08 miles in 21:25. definitely getting faster!

only got in 2 mins of yoga after that and another min on the pull up bar

started Ozark while eating dindins. calories have averaged at 1800 over the past 3 days so that's good. weight is still sticking at 174.8 this AM.

Sometimes the scale truly trolls us. Keep at it and I am sure that eventually the weight will start dropping off. Consistency is key.

I really want to catch up on watching this over the winter. We stopped after season 4 when we moved and lost HBO. It's good to know it is addicting as ever. ;)
