CourtnieMarie Posted August 28, 2017 Author Report Share Posted August 28, 2017 Week 2 – Friday OHP 45x5 65x5 75x3 85x1 – NEW 1RM! incline bench 55x10x5 bent-over BB rows 75x10x5 farmers walk – trap bar 95# for 100 steps 20 burpees in 1m55s! at work: 2 planks @ 75s wall sit @ 60s boat pose @ 60s down dog @ 60s made a boatload of pork in the pressure cooker. folded laundry. did a minute of pull up play and finished off my yoga goal! calories: 11,413/13,000 weights: 3/4 pull ups: 4/10 cardio: 2/2 burpees: 60/60 yoga: 62/60 Week 2 – Saturday went grocery shopping and stocked up for the week and got some stuff that won’t go bad for this upcoming weekend camping trip. then went to get that massage! It was… good? but not really enjoyable. since it’s been so long since I’ve got a massage EVERYTHING was tight and knotted. It hurt. I had DOMS on Sunday from it. he did a lot of nerve work too which wasn’t comfortable but seemed necessary. will try to get another one within 3 months to not get into this position again! then I went to the gym for deload squats! goblets 50x5x2 back squats 85x5x3 RDLs 75x10x5 hanging leg raises 10x2 russian twists 3 sets with a 5# plate had some leftover butter chicken with eggs and cheese for bfast. y not? showered and headed out to Costco for some more camping prep shopping. lunch was an Rx bar, another coffee, and Costco samples. oh! and I also ordered new glasses and sunglasses! yusssss. we did so much prep and packing so that we didn’t have to rush around after work all week and do it. packed the dry food and kitchen tote. packed the equipment tote and clothes bag.
