But this is probably the only time I use this lango. lolololooooo. Because that was more work than the challenge itself.

It IS a challenging word. I still say it funny in my head to remember the ai part.

I do a "rep" as two laps, one down and one back the turf. 
 
I think this is a nice simple challenge I can get behind. Even if "to thine programme be true" means that I have to do four workouts this week because I travel for work on Monday.

The main impetus is we are going to retest my maxes at the end of the month to see how my recovery has gone and I'd like to have decent numbers to work with for my next program and for my sanity. If I keep on schedule I don't have to muck about with the testing schedule and I'm more like to have decent 1RMs as compared to May pre-medical issues.

I normally do but I'll be traveling for work for 3 days and I can bet my bottom dollar the hotel doesn't have barbells. ;)

Tuesday

 

Calories: 2293

Still above where I want to be (2100). Having a little bit of a hectic week with a lot of walking at work.  Onwards and upwards to... lower calories. 

 

Feelings resulted in TCBY. In other news, this just in,  98% fat free frozen yogurt is DISGUSTING. Duly noted.
