Check out the "how dancers get abs" for some complete madness...

Ha, that was on my list too. :D

Totally righteous! Forgot my legwarmers tho. Gams got cold during the "floppy fish."

Moar flopping! Flop faster!

Oh, god, you're going to change it? I've already done it! :(  The beginning is awful, at least for me, it gets easier as it goes. Still, it felt superlong.

Haha don't worry, you still get points for it. We're not that mean. :P

How about you can pick this week? If you want extra torture go for the dancer one if you want to listen to an annoying dude panting go for the six pack abs one. ;)

I just did the panting annoying guy, but I'll give the other one a go too. I mean come on, HE DIDN'T EVEN POINT HIS TOES!

SHOOT, I should've checked for that! Can I veto my own suggestion?

Speaking as a dude, what is it with dudes not pointing their toes? Back row boy in the dancer video has a lot of questionable foot articulation too.

Ballroom dancer, data nerd, calisthenics dabbler

From a non-dancer-background female person, I'd say that it's not just dudes that have trouble pointing their toes. It took me a lot of conscious practice to get that toe point to be nearly automatic.  If no one ever points it out to you, it's definitely not something to naturally think about.

Adding to what Sylph said, pointed feet is also *almost* purely an aesthetic thing, so if someone's into muggle fitness and not circus/gymnastics/dance (of a pointed feet style) then it doesn't really matter if they have a ballerina point or not.

Except that I'll sit in my corner in the gym and silently judge. ;)

Also, the guy in the back had questionable everything, not just toe point. :P
