Roamer
So I entered a charity 5k race today. I ran it nonstop at a fairly consistent pace and sprinted the last 100 meters. I was in the top 33% (lower end though lol) of the racers that finished. I just wanted to boast about this because it is the first race I ever entered, I did it for charity, and I did it without stopping to take a breather. Guess next I'll either work on running 10km or focus on improving my running speed. If anyone has any advice for either side or on which I ought to consider go ahead and leave some advice. Quercus
Great achievement! There is nothing like the first official race. Did you get a medal? Quote Don't give up what you want most for what you want now. Link to comment
