Skywalker Posted August 24, 2017 Report Share Posted August 24, 2017 Hi all, Im feeling annoyed with myself, generally not meeting my personal goals and I feel that this slightly dark mood has added some steely resolve to my attitude. I'm also recovering from a bad cold which stopped dead my training routine for an upcoming bike ride that us now only 25 days away. Here are my goals: 1. No excuses eating. No sugar, no crap. Plenty of vegies. Low carbs 2. Back on the bike 2 X 25 km rides this weekend - and time them to know how close I am to the min speed for the ride. 2 X commutes each mid- week 1 X 40km ride the following weekend 3.
