Squat: 127.5 KG / 281 lbs

Benchpress: 75 KG / 165 lbs

Deadlift: 130 KG / 286 lbs

OHP: 57 KG / 125 lbs

It's not that impressive if you know i am a lifting novice for more than 2 years... Still i like doing it, so i just keep on going, i actually need guidance, and maybe with the upcoming idea of doing a beginners PL meet next year i will actually get something good going...

We are still pretty close! Although I've not been lifting for a few weeks so I've probably dropped off a little. It's probably not going to be until next challenge that I get back to lifting heavy stuff though.

This IS my problem. I keep on lifting and mixing it up with stuff like running 1-2-3 times in the week, doing crossfit 1-2-3 in the week. And usually my lifting suffers. Was away from home 3 weeks during the holidays. I'm on a deficit now, which also doesn't help much for gaining strength.

 

My alltime records are:

BP 80 KG

Squat 135 KG

Deadlfit 140 KG

OHP 60 KG

 

So my goal is to add a little to that at the end of the year.
