HELLO. Challenge time! I have been languishing in the battle logs, and I wanna step things up for a few weeks so here we be.

 

Let's Be Consistent!

 

- Do the exercise -

Follow current plan, no deciding it sucks and changing it again (for now)

Each day gets a P/F

 

- Eat the food -

Follow current plan, get enough protein, at least vaguely TRY to carb cycle a little--log carb cycling efforts

Each day gets P/F

 

- Study the things - 

4x per week.

 

- Write the words -

At least a little daily, no minimum, just do things and get in the story every day.

 

- SECRET GOAL -

Because I am IRL findable by IRL people, this one is private, but graded on a 1 per week basis.

I wish it was on netflix up here :( It bugs me that they'll put on Korean TV shows but not Canadian shows in Canada... Jerks!  But for real, Lost Girl is bae :)

It is wrong, but hey that's Netflix for you! Thankfully I have the entire show on my desktop so I can just watch it all there whenever I want ^_~

Also if you liked Lost Girl, go check out Wynona Earp :) Tamsin shows up for a while! Well the actor anyhow, but her character was still pretty neat :D

I have been negligent in filming anything. While I don't find people's daily lifts boring in any way, I have a lot of family and random non-lifty friends on my IG who might find mine quite dull, so I get self-conscious about posting a 4th or 5th that is just squats with no PR or some such. Plus, I get shy filming myself in the gym too. WHAT WILL RANDOM GYM BRO THINK??

I need to stop that

 

Hoping bench and OHP see a PR this challenge, and hoping back cooperates to at least put 70 lbs on there.

and here I was going to say you were the 2nd most interesting nerd this last week.  Its hard to top @Urgan's page.  She has a different pair of shoes for each type of lift!

I hadn't even noticed that! But I will say that I too bring multiple pairs of shoes to the gym.

Sigh... me too.

 

I have 5 pairs of different types of gym shoes, 3 pairs of boots for hiking and 1 pair of dress shoes... says a lot about my life really....

agreed! hahaha the last season get weird and rushed unfortunately but all the rest were fun :D
