Welcome back to the ABSolutely IncredABSble ABSsstravaganza! Everyone can join!!

 

Each week, we post a NEW hardCORE workout. There is a spreadsheet  to track your progress. If you want to be a part of this, introduce yourself below, add your name to the sheet, and give yourself a point per workout! Each workout is worth 5 points. The person at the end with the most points wins!!! Easy peasy.

 

I have added a new feature-- We have a couple of returning challengers here, so I would like to invite you to sign up to be the weekly ABZ TASK MASTER!!! This means you get to post a video for a predetermined week of the challenge. First come, first serve. It's all right there in the spreadsheet. :D 

 

The winner gets sexy, sexy abs!

I'm sorry but that is the most ridiculous thing I have every heard.  Everyone knows you have to do six minutes of ab work for a sixpack.  It's simple math!

Went back and did one of the abs video from the old challenge tonight (Gym Ra).  Looking forward to the new video for this week

I watched the standing abs video and it looks like more leg than abs. Seeing how I will be doing a leg specific workout tomorrow morning, it looks like AoS is on deck again for tonight.
