CourtnieMarie
Week 1 – Sunday breakfast and dinner was delicious diner food. lunch was a chicken curry salad with veggies but I think those veggies were all the fiber I got in. walks on the beach continued. and lots of meal prep. I made nomnom’s chicken stew again and then I switched up my egg casserole to try and get more fiber this week. I did @Taddea Zhaan's oatmeal bake with less eggs! add-ins were pumpkin, craisins, and macadamia nuts. really good. could use more pumpkin spice or cinnamon next time though. fiber: 13g Week 1 – Monday went for a 2 mile run outside! it was surprisingly really refreshing. I think I’m just happy to be back doing things more than yoga. took it really slow though, so 25 mins total. doctor appt happened and I really like the guy. working on some possible solutions to get my tract back in order without having to do anything invasive. he also doesn’t think the kidney results are far enough off to be worrisome. I did hang for a minute and do 10mins of yoga. I was going to make a stir fry for dinner with all the vegs my mom gave me but then I realized that I had all the ingredients to try out Julia Child’s eggplant pizzas. so I did. and they did NOT disappoint. I did end up stir frying some ground pork and peppers as well to up dat protein. burpees: 0/70 abz: 0/1 fiber: 34g/30g lift/run: 1 pull ups: 1/5 yoga: 10/60 5 Quote Instagram | pinterest read harder challenge | Battle Log | NROLFW Challenges: 13-1 | 13-2 | 13-3 | 13-3.5 | 14-1 | 14-2 | 15-1 | 15-2 | 15-3 | 15-4 | 15-5 | 16-1 | 16-2 | 16-3 | 16-4 | 16-5 | 16-6 | 16-7 | 16-8 | 17-1 | 17-2 | 17-3 | 17-4 | 17-5 | 17-6 | 17-7 | 17-8 | 17-9 | 17-10 | 18-1 | 18-2 | 18-3 | 18-4 | 18-5 | 18-6 | 18-7 | 18-8 | 18-9 | 18-10 | 19-1 | 19-2 | 19-3 | 19-4 | 19-5 | 19-6 | 19-7 | current Link to comment
