CourtnieMarie Posted September 21, 2017 Author Report Share Posted September 21, 2017 Week 1 – Wednesday 23 min yoga session in the morning. of course I picked a video that gloriously spotlighted all my yoga weaknesses. squaring your hips while balancing is pretty much the worst. then I did my 10 burpees. also started my daily magnesium. at work: 2 planks @ 75s wall sit @ 60s boat pose @ 60s went out with coworkers as a going away party for one of them – actually the kava coca woman! she’s going off to do her thing so I’m really happy for her. I had 2 vodka drinks, some lightly breaded cauliflower, and a few calamari rings. DL 65x10x4 one-arm DB row 20x5 (each arm) 20x6x3 OHP 45x8x4 abz 10 burpees only did 1 75s plank at work. it was busy busy. pretty sure i did my pull up hanging after work. folded laundry and packed up for maine. dinner was an Rx bar and a frozen GF chicken burrito. burpees: 50/60 (miscounted, should have been out of 60 since this challenge started on Monday) abz: 1/1 fiber: 35g/30g Mg: 3/4 lift/run: 4 pull ups: 4/5 yoga: 53/60 Week 1 – Saturday woke up super early to get up to maine for a river float trip! i finished off my burpees, yoga, and bar hangs before leaving though ate pretty well but also consumed a bunch of alcohol. like. I've tried two supplements IN coffee and both times I said F this, it's not worth it. the first time was the miralax in the coffee (it's supposed to be tasteless!) and the second thing was vanilla protein powder.
