My goals are all focused around fat loss, without me actually acknowledging this is my goal so if fat loss doesn't happen I don't feel like I failed as long as I do the work. Because of this, I mostly focus on general cardio in the way of elliptical workouts, with added targeted workouts to sculpt my bits with a focus on the booty. I usually train at least 5 times per week (but my absolute minimum is 3 times) and I start and end every workout with a quick yoga session to stretch my bits out. Only 10-15 minutes but I do it before and after every workout. I finish every elliptical session with 5 minutes on the highest resistance reversed for booty training purposes and this is built into the hour unless it's my hour for distance in which case it is additional. Your pace should be fast and purposeful, I try not to dip below 60 rpms which is roughly to the beat of this. My week looks something like this. Monday - Upper Body dumbbell workout followed by abs and butt workout, then an hour on the elliptical. Once a week I do the elliptical for distance and I try to break my previous record so go all out for the hour. Tuesday - Thighs and kettlebell workout. An hour on the elliptical Wednesday - Rest Day Thursday - Upper body dumbbell and kettlebell, hour long elliptical Friday - Rest Day Saturday - Abs and butt, , thighs, hour long elliptical Sunday - Kettlebell and upper body, hour long elliptical. I change up my targeted workouts every month but this month these are the current sessions. Upper body, Thighs, Kettlebell, Butt and abs For those of you who follow me on Spotify (which I think is all of you?) I have a special playlist for my workouts full of songs about great butts and stuff. Let me know in Yak's Head if you want me to tell you the name of this playlist (no guesses out loud since I think Spotify playlists are searchable and traceable back to their authors). If you have no access to an elliptical just do an hour of whatever cardio you can at a challenging pace. But ellipticals are the best for booties and that is the primary main objective. Normally i go to the gym but for you guys i got some bodyweight excercises ready to do at home! Day 1: 15 minutes of intense running. This is meant to really push you out of your comfort zone. If your normal running speed is 7km/h try to go for 9km/h You can substitute this with either some Hiit sprints or another form of cardio more to your liking Day 2: Bodyweight excercises 1 minute of elbow planks 20 side kicks with each leg 20 squats 20 tricep dips 30 seconds supermans 10 push ups take a minute rest and repeat. I have an idea for the December challenge but no ideas for this one. I can certainly put in the time to set up some threads if need be but hopefully someone else has some inspiration.
