Mahalak Puts One Foot in Front of the Other

Greetings all.

I continue to try to practice qigong for at least two minutes a day. Some days I use it as a morning stretch, other days it is a warm up before walking or time at the gym. In the case of the latter, I try to mindfully attend to different parts of my body to warm them up.

Y'know, I hadn't really been tracking it that way - but I should! I do like to see those long strings. Thanks for reminding me!
