It's super easy to put them on hold again. Also, a trick, which I have only tested 2x, so it may not work every time. ixaera Posted October 30, 2017 Author Report Share Posted October 30, 2017 My library uses the cloudLibrary app. I own a Kindle but it's an old model that I don't believe I can download this app on (I'm not even sure you can on an Amazon Fire or newer), so it'd be on my phone mainly. Just as well, my back has been super bugging me and elliptical is not particularly back friendly for me. Variance taken. Food: Fine, proteins good still Was thinking about getting the food downstairs today but remembered we're having FREE catering Thursday and that's likely to be a variance because I don't know exactly what will be available, so gonna play it safe and just eat what I brought. Been buying 20 oz coke zeros partly due to stress and going "I need caffeine and happiness" but today should be better. Unnecessaries now at 9.28/50 Money: Yep, logging everything. Not sure yet how I feel about logging every toll. Might be different if it were more feasible for me to not take the tollway, but it's currently not. Might just see how much I spend over the challenge on it and be aware. In the past I have used backroads from home. It's about 10 minutes more, but free. The problem is from the gym it's SO far and the free highway routes are too backed up. It would take much longer to get to work, and that's 3 days a week. Writing: Some mild brainstorming, but it counts. Back feels like shit today. I went in to the gym fully expecting to have to back off of squats and trap deadlifts, but those didn't hurt me so I didn't. I did experiment with stance to see how that affected heel raise, and a med-wide stance seems to be best. All my best sets were wider. Suitcase carry on the other hand was a BIG no, and I'm wondering if I shouldn't have just started lighter in the first place. It hurt a lot so I didn't do the whole plan. I also skipped back extensions because I knew for a fact those would feel bad. Squats 1x10 45 lbs 5x10 65 lbs, playing with stance to see what resulted in the least heel raise all while drilling my new cues Trap Bar Deads 4x5 85 lbs Started suitcase carry but it was a huge heaping pile of bad pain so I stopped Superset Leg Curls (seated) 4x12 55 lbs Leg Exts 4x12 40 lbs (the non-easy one) Back made some noise on the drive to work from there, then continued to be noisy the rest of the day. It barked so loud that I didn't even attempt Halloween. I laid on my belly while reading, then took a cyclo and crashed. It feels moderately better today, but not good in any sense of the word. I can tell you it's been building up since Thursday, and getting worse each day, but I couldn't point at a specific thing. The heels Thursday? Have I gotten too heavy with lifts? Did I sleep funny? Who knows. :/ Food: Fine, and I did end up getting lunch from downstairs, but it was like chicken, brocc, squash, with sriracha and rice, so not exactly a fast food binge. Did tack on some $$ to food budget though. Unnecessaries now at 13.33/50 and I have $28 still in my food budget (which means some of those cokes might move over again).
