We went grocery shopping after work instead of waiting until Saturday morning to do it. we definitely wouldn’t have had enough time but that meant no HIIT circuit happened. fiber: 37/30 Mg: 6/6 workouts: 4/5 bar hangs: 5/6 yoga: 50/60 Week 4 – Saturday got in a miniscule 7 mins of yoga before getting to my hair appt. did a quick shop at Costco and then headed out to friendsgiving! lots of delicious appetizer were had with lots of great peeps. I did have 2 drinks, some mulled cider and some apple whiskey with ginger beer. coupled with the one other drink I had this week (bloody mary last Sunday) I’d say that’s not too shabby. went to meet up for the movies with my dad and he surprised us by having bought justice league tix instead of thor! haha! still something we wanted to see and a fun time was had. I can be an amazon? appetizers and movie snacks were not fiber rich. fiber: 18/30 Mg: 7/6 workouts: 4/5 bar hangs: 5/6 yoga: 57/60 ____________________________________ Recap of goals: Exercise. 5 workouts per week pull up bar play 6 min per week yoga 60 mins per week Food. consume 30g fiber per day take Mg at least 6 days per week only drink alcohol one night per week I think I did some solid B work this challenge. still struggling to get 6 minutes of pull up bar play in per week and enough fiber on the weekends. Mg instantly got better once I added a reminder in my phone.
