Back from another weekend. 

Morning training: group pt 

Part 1: warmup + .5 mile warmup run 

Part 2: chest and core day 

-4 sets 6-7 ohp 

-4 sets 6 dumbell bench press 

-3 sets 10 wolf curl (see previous workouts for description) 

-1 set 25 empty and 2 sets 15 w/ 25lb elevated situps 

-3 sets 1 min plank 

-3 sets 10 hanging leg raise with straight legs 

 

Evening training: 

Part 1 warmup 

Part 2 

-4 sets 35 goblet squat 

-3 sets 35 pushup 

-4 sets 35 knee hugger 

-3 sets 20 renegade row 

Part 3

-1 mile uphill 4 mph with 20 lbs on back

Part 2 

1 mile run 

50 crunches

20 jump squats 

20 kettle bell swings 

1 mile run 

40 lunges 

50 two count Russian twists 

30 slow later pull downs 

 

Evening training: 

Tkd class, 

Movement warmup, kicking lines, dynamic targeting. Taught forms
