Hello,

Just figured I'd say hello. Stumbled across the site a few days ago, thought I'd sign up. I'm here to get back into the gym and increase my strength. I've got the aerobic stuff covered at the moment (keen runner and cyclist), but I need to start lifting again (i.e. Monday). It's been a while since I've done regular resistance work, so I'm looking forward to getting my deads and squats increasing again. Looks like I'll need to make a training log, so expect to see one pop up soon.
