Siferiax
Time for another challenge I will be tracking everything in my spreadsheet (link in signature)But I will provide updates in this thread as well. It's just easier to keep track in sheets. Goals Keep watchNot a specific diet goal. I just want to keep streaks going and be mindful about my food intake. I will keep a food log for this goal. Drink plentyDrink at least 2 bottles worth of water.Bottles are equal to 2 glasses or cups.It comes down to about 1 liter worth of water. WalkingGet back into my walking routine! I can now walk again and I will aim for 1 time a week for 5 km. Therapy exercisesDo them! Basically! Aiming for daily. Exercises:- half sit ups (belly muscles 1)- half sideway sit ups (belly muscles 2)- walking with feet while laying down (belly muscles 3)- hip/butt stretching Be creativeBe creative in some way at least 1 time each week. Drawing, writing, D&D etc. Proper ChewingI don't really chew my food. It upsets my stomach and just is a bad thing. I need to focus on my chewing every meal. Siferiax
Right now I'm on my way to the gym for the first time in forever. I'm nervous and excited!I won't be alone, my BF will meet me there :3He also has all my stuff so I don't have to carry it in public transportation. We're going there to cycle. Spinning ^^I may quit early and then I can do therapy else I do that at home.I have a mat for therapy at home finally and a convenient time. (After feeding the cats)I can't wait for the gym near home to open though, as then it'll be even easier (10 min bike ride)It has been announced, just not with a date.Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk 2 Quote "Continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection" Epic Quest: Sif's list of awesome Challenge: let's smash another year #low-carb #push-ups #intermittent fasting Spoiler Sif rises once more (~2020): 1 The Return of Sif (~2018): 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 The Age of Kibcy (~2012/13): 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 Link to comment

Siferiax
Gonna see if this works [emoji33] Word. I'm trying to figure out how to slow down while eating, and chewing my food longer is on the list of tips and tricks, but... I never remember until I've cleaned my plate in five minutes and am surprised to be done already. Whoops... With me it's not that I eat so fast, but my mouth is weird. I have this problem of my food just disappearing into my throat while chewing.......Like my BF doesn't understand how I even manage. But somehow it slides backwards? So I actually have to stop that from happening if I want to chew more than 2-3 times. Hooray! Sounds like fun!! Go enjoy yourself and have a nice workout. [emoji3] I managed to cycle for 20 mins. My foot got an old problem though, else I might've gone longer...Next week we're gonna find out if shoe soles help.I'm still happy/proud of what I did! GoalsI didn't drink enough at work, I'm not counting the chocolate milk towards my drink goal.I barely managed to finish my first bottle. But to compensate I had two mugs of tea at home.On that note eating went good, so yay!Chewing dinner was nearly undoable, but I tried to be mindful about it regardless. No therapy exercises done. Siferiax
Yesterday no cure was found for my foot Last therapy session was had, I did get a tip for my foot there, so gotta test that out.Work was funny as I messed up a little XDI was in a discussion and tried to use a saying. It ended up being wrong, but hilarious.Turns out I messed up my English and Dutch.I combined the English saying "opening a can of worms" and the Dutch saying (translated) "opening a bearpit". They mean the same thing.Either way it ended up as "opening a can of bears" XD one coworker just stayed in it I think. So much for a serious discussion Otherwise I've been doing quite well this challenge. I've had a few less than fun experiences, which was probably more due to personalities (and/or playing styles) clashing than anything else. But it's definitely worth trying when you have the chance.I absolutely love D&D!!I also really like being a DM and telling my group a story/letting them figure out what's going on ^^I have such fun with it. Also the prep and all that! You can always count on me to encourage you AND stay enthusiastic about it [emoji4] These are words that I LOVE to read about! Keep it up, Sif!What seems to be the slippery part?Noticing the slip now before it avalanches is a great thing, Sif. I noticed I slipped with the food side of things this weekend and just decided to forget about messing up and make this upcoming week a good one. You got this. You're strong enough to beat out the Food Boss! It's really cool to see you two not only playing D&D together but allowing your BF to help you constructively make that time more fun. Woot woot! Couples gaming together is so awesome!WolfThanks Wolf!!My sense of agency and decision making seems to be slipping. Like I was in control over my choices and what I did and didn't eat. But that seems to be falling and more going to a moment to moment basis. Idk. I feel like I'm less in control over my food choices. And yeah I always loved playing all sorts of games with my BF! Even if he's better at them and always winning XDChocolate and wine are delicious and wonderful things! [emoji3] I'm sorry you're exhausted and super busy! ...Maybe eat lots of chocolate to get a sugar rush for energy? [emoji14] They are Haha that never works for me [emoji14]Did Prison Island tonight and it was super fun!Let's see how exhausted I am tomorrow.Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk 2 Quote "Continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection" Epic Quest: Sif's list of awesome Challenge: let's smash another year #low-carb #push-ups #intermittent fasting Spoiler Sif rises once more (~2020): 1 The Return of Sif (~2018): 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 The Age of Kibcy (~2012/13): 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 Link to comment
Siferiax
Not too exhausted, but my legs sure are XDDid a lot of squats I suppose.Picking up a basketball off the ground, throwing it and repeat.Only the ball was on the other side of prison bars. Soooo it was a bit tougher than it sounds. But we got 83/100 points for it.Loads of other physical/mental challenges done as well, but my legs hurt from that one most I think.Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk 2 Quote "Continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection" Epic Quest: Sif's list of awesome Challenge: let's smash another year #low-carb #push-ups #intermittent fasting Spoiler Sif rises once more (~2020): 1 The Return of Sif (~2018): 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 The Age of Kibcy (~2012/13): 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 Link to comment
