Cannonfury's End of 2017 Challenge

One thing I need, is to be more disciplined in sharing, posting..etc. so sorry I have been lax in that. There are nights when I remember "Oh yeah I havent posted on NF" and I just feel so tired and just am like "no Ill go to sleep.."..so no more of that. 

 

Main Goal: Lose 40 lbs of fat by August

 

Challenge Goal: Lose 8 lbs

 

1. Walk 30 minutes each day

 

2. Exercise other than walking each day 

 

 

Each day

planks

glute bridge

calf raises

body stretches 

 

3. Drink 20-40 oz of water a day.

I walked 40 minutes today; we were out of town shopping so I paid attention to how long I walked around.

 

I had 40 oz of water. 

 

Since we were out of town for most of the day, I did not work out but will tomorrow. I prefer to do the work out in the morning time.

Me too.  I like to get it over with and then it makes me feel like no matter how shitty my day might be, at least I rocked that part of it already.

Ok today I walked for 30 minutes, at about 5 pm. 

 

I also had 40 oz of water; one 20 oz bottle with the 2 meals I had.

 

I decided to take out the workout and replace it with basic body stretches and plank/bridge. The thought of doing a workout every other day stresses me out, I may do some but..I feel so weak that I believe I need to focus on weight loss..with walking. 

 

Planks: 5 for 15 seconds

Glute bridge: 5 for 15 seconds

I did various body stretches(twice today) that I have written down 

I also plan to do calf raises before I sleep

 

 

 

I feel like I did pretty good today on eating and exercise but for some reason I mentally feel really depressed and filled with self hate. I just feel like I am a loser and a burden
