Ryuu Levels Up!  NF Challenge #10 11/26-12/23

Health Crystal 1 [+50hp] 

 

I had originally planned to get this challenge up and running a lot earlier in the week but because of my surgery (had my wisdom teeth taken out last Saturday) and the resulting pain and recovery I've had delayed my start date for this challenge. For this challenge I'm going to try and analog leveling system to gauge my progress as well as a health bar and see how I like it/ if it is practical to use. 

 

Goal 1: Nutrition

I will record in My Fitness Pal 7/7 days per week and try to be within +200cal of my 1800cal goal each day.

~+200= -0hp // ~+300 = - 5hp // ~+500 = - 10hp // >+600 = -25hp

Current lbs: 161.2  BF% 21.8 %  Waist 32.25  Hips: 33.25

 

Goal 2: Yoga

I will do yoga everyday, 7/7 days per week

~5min +5xp // ~20min +10xp // ~1h+ +20xp // *2h+ +10hp +40xp 

 

Goal 3 Walk

I will walk everyday for at least 5min, 7/7 days per week with the goal to be at least 5000+ steps per day 

0-2000steps = -10hp +0xp // 2000-5000steps = -5hp +5xp // 5000 - 8000 = +0hp +5xp // 8000- 10,000 = +5hp +5xp // 10,000+ = +5hp +10xp // *20,000+ = +10hp +20xp

 

Goal 4 Draw

I will draw/ sketch everyday, 7/7 days per week, primarily jewelry ideas 

~5min = +5xp // ~20min = +10xp // 1h+ = +20xp// *colored/ finished & posted online = +40xp 

 

LEVEL CHART

Every Level: Increase Max HP by (Lv x 5) & Restore HP up to: Lv 1-5 +25hp, Lv 6-10 +35hp, Lv 11- 20 +50hp, Lv 20+ +75hp

Every 3 Levels: Gain 1 Health Crystal (HC = + 50hp) 

Every 5 Levels: Gain 1 Loot Item

-Prep a meal +5hp (per meal)

Lol :D Yay :) I put the whole LEVEL CHART on a google sheet for ease of use, but Level one is only 55xp should reach it by about 1/2 way through week one.

Week 1 Day 1&2: Sunday and Monday Oct 26th-27th (95/100hp) Lv.1 [40exp] Lv. 2 @55xp

The challenge week started off rough, my jaw was hurting through Sunday and Monday and basically made me just not want to do much. I did manage to get most of my goals accomplished but just barely, at the lowest levels. But progress is progress I suppose and getting back into the swing of things after any surgery is always hard. To be honest I am happy with myself for getting back on track with my goals at all/ so soon and not falling off the wagon for months at a time like is pretty normal for me >___< 

 

G1: Nutrition- Logged both days and was slightly over both days but still under my +200 cal of my goals 

G2: Yoga- Minor yoga both days just light stretching still don't like putting my head lower than my knees like in down dog or even in childs, makes me super lightheaded. But still doing it so win :)

G3: Walk-  only around 2000ish steps on Sunday didn't actually track but know it couldn't be much. Monday was better at about 7000. Doing light walks around the neighborhood in the evening is still going very well :)

G4: Draw-  Quick Sketched done on both days, I know I shouldn't be relying on motivation much for this but I'm just so weirdly un-motivated and at least right now it's being very un-enjoyable and is more like a chore :/ I know/hope that those feelings will change overtime as I draw more but its just something that I wanted to make note of.
