jcmgm
Well! so it's almost over.. my last one was good so I'll try another to end the year on a high easy Short version: 1. Get below 90kgs. 2. Drink no more than 4 sodas. 3. Do kettlebell workout 8 times, Do yoga 12 times 4. Write one chapter of my PhD. All this will make me a better photographer, can't handle the equipment or the awkard positions if I'm soo out of shape Sting like a hummingbird 1 Quote The sea, once it casts its spell, holds one in its net of wonder forever.Jacques Yves Cousteau My own page! // Instagram Link to comment

TGP
this time of year, having any kind of discipline about the food is REALLY hard. and.... exercise isn't so easy either. everyone seems to be feeling the "meh". I blame the mostly non-existent and weak sun; that seems to lack any ability to warm things up around this time of the year. South here in Argentina, we've got the summer coming strong and you spend time outside. But with so many parties, and dinners, and asados, and all.. you're like all day eating, Quote The sea, once it casts its spell, holds one in its net of wonder forever.Jacques Yves Cousteau My own page! // Instagram Link to comment

TGP
shoot- you got rid of a good excuse! you could have stuck to geonational generalities and been like, "yes, that must be it... " its definitely true that a good diet and a routine is generally a year round fight. More mindful eating, restricting food has not worked for long. 1 Quote The sea, once it casts its spell, holds one in its net of wonder forever.Jacques Yves Cousteau My own page! // Instagram Link to comment

SkyGirl
Hey @jcmgm! I'm very late to the game, but I'm so glad you're here! As TGP said, it's definitely hard to keep on track around this time of year. I see you belong to the Assassins but are training with the Rangers - what are some of your "big goals" health- and fitness-wise? It sounds like you're a professional photographer? (Is that your photo of a hummingbird in your first post? It's gorgeous!!)
