Hi everyone.

 

I had another UN on here called GeminiDragon??? But I forgot it. So I am starting fresh. Which is actually a good thing, because I am starting fresh with my life as well. 

 

I had some losses in my life, family members passing, stress from a new job and issues with my marriage. I have finally centered myself and put my priorities in order.

 

I am here to do the following:

Eat better

Exercise more

Find a buddy or buddies to hold me accountable

Learn to love myself

Update my status once a week here on NF

 

Fitness wise, I want to accomplish the following:

Close the rings on my Apple Watch 5 days of the week

Meet my Calorie and Macro goals on my Lose It! App daily

Lose 100 lbs.

 

I was brought back to NF because I feel like I need a support group. I tried to go this solo and that burned, badly.
