CourtnieMarie
so they may not have a cool catch phrase before going into battle, besides, "try not to die" but they're a fun and mostly smart team. i would like to be fun and mostly smart this challenge. Exercise. MOLLY – keep up that mutant strength. 5 workouts per week. I’d like to get at least 3 lifting sessions and 2 cardio sessions GERT – use what you have. like a telepathic link to a dinosaur or, ya know, a pull up bar. pull up bar play 6 min per week. especially do this on non-work days. KAROLINA – embrace your free spirit and solar energy absorption. do yoga on sundays (65 mins/week total). read/watch a new mobility article/video each week. I’ve pinned a lot of mobility stuff “to read later” time to do that. Food. CHASE – as the oldest, he knows it’s not all science and fun gloves. consume 25g fiber on weekend days. plan out what will be available to make this happen each Thursday: beans, berries, prepped vegs, etc. NICO – just because you can magically summon food to your door, doesn’t mean you should. eat out or take out less than 7x over challenge. i have 4 already planned meals out this challenge. no more than 3 more beyond those. let's do this. 5 Quote Instagram | pinterest read harder challenge | Battle Log | NROLFW Challenges: 13-1 | 13-2 | 13-3 | 13-3.5 | 14-1 | 14-2 | 15-1 | 15-2 | 15-3 | 15-4 | 15-5 | 16-1 | 16-2 | 16-3 | 16-4 | 16-5 | 16-6 | 16-7 | 16-8 | 17-1 | 17-2 | 17-3 | 17-4 | 17-5 | 17-6 | 17-7 | 17-8 | 17-9 | 17-10 | 18-1 | 18-2 | 18-3 | 18-4 | 18-5 | 18-6 | 18-7 | 18-8 | 18-9 | 18-10 | 19-1 | 19-2 | 19-3 | 19-4 | 19-5 | 19-6 | 19-7 | current Link to comment

The show versions of them are fine. I think I always saw Gert as more acidic than SJW. CourtnieMarie
SJW? the show versions are fine. Karolina has hints of the comic character but mostly she just seems like a pretty hipster (post-religious fanatic version), whereas when the comics were coming out i don't think hipster was a household term yet. i like the show version of Gert to a point. I don't remember her being so pushy about her views in the comics, granted it's been a long time. she was sarcastic and cynical, yes. but in what felt like a more intelligent way. i think it's hard to portray comic or book characters on the screen without going too over the top or not putting in enough detail. 1 Quote Instagram | pinterest read harder challenge | Battle Log | NROLFW Challenges: 13-1 | 13-2 | 13-3 | 13-3.5 | 14-1 | 14-2 | 15-1 | 15-2 | 15-3 | 15-4 | 15-5 | 16-1 | 16-2 | 16-3 | 16-4 | 16-5 | 16-6 | 16-7 | 16-8 | 17-1 | 17-2 | 17-3 | 17-4 | 17-5 | 17-6 | 17-7 | 17-8 | 17-9 | 17-10 | 18-1 | 18-2 | 18-3 | 18-4 | 18-5 | 18-6 | 18-7 | 18-8 | 18-9 | 18-10 | 19-1 | 19-2 | 19-3 | 19-4 | 19-5 | 19-6 | 19-7 | current Link to comment

CourtnieMarie
so! what have I been doing so far besides freezing my buns off? idk Week 0 – Monday new years day! I had a pepperoni, cheese, and spinach omelet for breakfast, GF pizza for lunch, dried apple and a coconut bar (homemade) for snacks, then a buddha bowl type deal for dinner. oh and SO and I drank a whole bottle of real champagne while binge watching Ms. Maisel with our prime free trial. we did get in a workout at home which was: 10 pushups 7 leg lifts on each leg 8 BW squats 8 RDLs x4 I also did a minute of bar hanging. eat out: 1/7 workouts: 1/5 bar hangs: 1/6 sunday yoga: 0/5; 0/65 Week 0 – Tuesday yesterday was back to work and I nomed on all of the cranberry oatmeal dunkers someone brought in. clocked in 2670 calories. yeesh. 25 minutes of yoga after work and a minute of bar hangs which was pretty fantastic since I had to clean up my dog’s puke when I got home. poor pup scraped off her nose and got blood everywhere trying to clean it up herself. even more surprising was actually making dinner after all that which was some delicious wine & cheese sausage with brussel sprouts and a bit of quinoa. eat out: 1/7 workouts: 1/5 bar hangs: 2/6 sunday yoga: 0/5; 25/65 tomorrow I will probably be working from home with a blizzard coming in. I’ll need to make sure I have enough fiber things prepped for the weekend. can you believe the oatmeal cranberry dunkers didn’t have ANY FIBER?! what is this world. 7 Quote Instagram | pinterest read harder challenge | Battle Log | NROLFW Challenges: 13-1 | 13-2 | 13-3 | 13-3.5 | 14-1 | 14-2 | 15-1 | 15-2 | 15-3 | 15-4 | 15-5 | 16-1 | 16-2 | 16-3 | 16-4 | 16-5 | 16-6 | 16-7 | 16-8 | 17-1 | 17-2 | 17-3 | 17-4 | 17-5 | 17-6 | 17-7 | 17-8 | 17-9 | 17-10 | 18-1 | 18-2 | 18-3 | 18-4 | 18-5 | 18-6 | 18-7 | 18-8 | 18-9 | 18-10 | 19-1 | 19-2 | 19-3 | 19-4 | 19-5 | 19-6 | 19-7 | current Link to comment
