I keep forgetting to do these challenges.  I doubt I’ll make it to a high rank.......but I’ll do my beat to remember.

I've been traveling for several days...not sure when I last posted. I didn't do the stacked pushups or the up-and-down planks. Pushups were hard and inconvenient with traveling. Planks were very do-able, but I didn't feel like doing them in the middle of the airport.

 

Back on track now though. Did the matrix tilts and hooks with EC. In some ways it's nice to have missed a couple days. I feel like I can just have fun with these.

 

I see a couple new people have joined. Great to have you!

 

@WhiteGhost I've lost track of your points. If you want to go back and count them (or know how many you've missed), I can track them going forward.

Question: did you guys switch your footing during the hooks? I switched a few times, but wasn't sure whether we were supposed to or not.

 

Side planks done with EC. I honestly really like side planks and all their fun variations.

I don't think I did, but I don't know much about boxing stances so I'm not sure if I was really doing them "correctly" or not LOL  

 

Something I should do a little research on maybe LOL

Google docs seem to be working again so I went in and updated my stuff.  I have been laying low during flu recovery but will start back up on these today.  I actually was doing some butt-ups last night just as a random mobility exercise, so I will do them again tonight for the dare :)
