Daily Dare (Dec 31 - February 3)

I'm wandering iiiiiiin!

 

Not planning on doing dailies, but I'll try for Bronze since it's my first go. I'm planning on hitting it specifically on days when I/we should have done to gym and didn't ...like today o.O

Something is better than nothing!

Sounds like a great idea! Make it work for you.

 

Does anyone else think it's weird that the regular dare is 2 min, but the EC is 3 min unbroken? Usually they are the same. I almost forgot about this, but I still have time (was traveling today and time zones are worked in my favor)

Completed 2 min but rusty. Held for one full minute to start so that's good o.o

Uh.

 

So I did the 50 squats in one go challenge today from yesterday because I think I planked wrong on Tuesday and now my shoulder hurts :<

Like, sort of sharp pain at certain angles while raising my arm. I'm hoping it's just a minor pull or something, but for sure no bench press for a couple days :/

Oh no again! Hope it's nothing serious.

 

Squats and burpees done with EC. I'm traveling and sharing accommodation, so I'm sort of sneaking them in...

Had to be frickin burpees.  They can go die in a hole.  None for me, my knee won’t allow it.  Today’s will be doable, tho.
