Good job. I looked at those and said "nope." Might have been able to do them without the EC. but I'm doing my own little pushup challenge and don't want to get hurt. Pushups are hard for me and it's easy for me to overdo it. The good news is that after this challenge I should be stronger and able to tackle some of the pushup dares!

I don't blame you. I've done a bunch of dorky exercises in the airport when traveling with my workout buddy. Sometimes I'll do pushups by myself. Hook kicks would have looked super bizarre!

Me too, but they were kind of weird. I couldn't really be sure my legs were even lifting off the ground, but I was lifting "as high as I could" like the directions said.

I did the side plank rotations for EC this morning as they were part of my workout anyway.  Jump squats will happen tomorrow because they are already scheduled to be part of the workout.  I love it when it works out like this :)

Haven't remembered to update the thread lately, but have updated on spreadsheet...  did not do the hook kicks, but have gotten the rest done with EC...  although I have to say the glute flexes were kind of strange and the jump squats were harder than I expected them to be.
