Got my goals!

 

Alright let's talk about these goals

  1. Journey to 1000 miles
    this will require a minimum of 2.75 miles of walking/running a day which is 100% doable.
     
  2. Yoga every damn day
    This will be 90% bed time yoga which should be awesome!
     
  3. Chicago marathon
    Self explanatory - pretty sure this will push me way over the 1000 miles but can't guarantee that
     
  4. Save $100 per month, minimum
    We were saving more than this but then we moved and SF is more $$$ly than Atlanta but saving is good and we need to get back to it 
     
  5. 365-photog project
    Did this through '17 and enjoyed it #365s5photo2017 on instagram  though they missed the last post for some reason. This year will be the unoriginal #365s5photog2018
     
  6. Date night everery week
    Need to reconnect with the wife and keep our connection strong
     
  7. Weekly Menu'ing
    This started out strong in `17 but faded - gonna redouble our efforts and try to keep healthy
     
  8. Write down a daily happy thought
    Just as a daily reminder that the world isn't horrible.
     
  9. Take 1 trip every 3-months, minimum
    Time away or near to recharge the batteries

     Day 2 - Walked 2.05 and 2.50 miles

     Day 3 - Ran 3.53 miles

    I can't give you enough credit for this one.  Probably the most important and possibly the hardest.  It makes me realize I need to step up my game.  May you have great success with all your goals, but especially this one.
