Self Indulgence says you won't get to read or play FFXIV anymore if you do this, and also, you already quit real coffee and Dr Pepper, why do you want to take Sprites too!? -Did half of a workout tonight, today was super hectic, so I figured I'd kick Perfectionism in the ass and do something, which is better than nothing. No yoga today, but will do in the morning before I get the kids up for school. 6 Quote Khuja the level 2 Dwarf Ranger STR 2|DEX 1|CON 1|STA 1|WIS 3|CHA 2Current challenge Past Challenges: Challenge 1 (Challenge 1's missing posts) Challenge 2 Challenge 3 Challenge 4 Link to comment

Laghail
Fun goals all around!!! I'm a fan of the weight slinging and the language learning especially! For water goals, does sparkling water or flavored water do anything for you? Some nerds that struggle with soda find the fizziness or zero calorie flavored water helps, but it's not for everyone. For language goals, is Book2 something you've looked at? Although it really looks like you have a great set of resources. If you do need more audio phrase drills, book2 has beginner and intermediate phrases on a decent iOS app for about $5. I think they have android support too but I'm not familiar with that side of things. http://www.goethe-verlag.com/book2/ Quote Level 34 [Yorkie Packmaster] Link to comment

I have too many resources, so get bogged down in what to do next. I've got the lifetime membership to Textfugu, and am following their new site, EtoEto, for basics, but still need to drill the kana, I tend to say, ok, I've got them so-so, and move on. Which isn't helpful. WaniKani is free up till level 3, so when I cap out on that, I'll have to pay either monthly, yearly, or catch their New Year's sale for lifetime. (Which was how I got Textfugu lifetime)I love regular water. Not a fan of flavoured or sparkling. I just can't justify the cost for them, when regular water works fine. It's that drinking a Sprite quells my desire for regular water. Which is why I'm cutting them out. Even though it's one every now and then, that's 150 calories I can have elsewhere, or not have if I'm close to having to much. 1 Quote Khuja the level 2 Dwarf Ranger STR 2|DEX 1|CON 1|STA 1|WIS 3|CHA 2Current challenge Past Challenges: Challenge 1 (Challenge 1's missing posts) Challenge 2 Challenge 3 Challenge 4 Link to comment
Khuja, Dwarf Tank
Today, the water was half drunk, (1/2 gallon), exercise was a no go thanks to my youngest being home from school sick and wanting mommy snuggles. The studying did happen, so that's a plus. The UfYH did happen as well, I am going to bed eith all currently washed clothes put up, a clear bedside table and a vacuumed bedroom floor. Only actually did my morning routine, but, I have made progress!!! Will continue reading and making notes. Using my routines I had set up from following FlyLady. May change them after finishing the book. Must say, I really an enjoying the UfYH book. It's much more suited to me than FlyLady'd in how they speak to the reader. I am not a peace, love, rainbows person. I am a straightforward, coarse, and Belzebubs https://jpahonen.com/belzebubs person. 4 Quote Khuja the level 2 Dwarf Ranger STR 2|DEX 1|CON 1|STA 1|WIS 3|CHA 2Current challenge Past Challenges: Challenge 1 (Challenge 1's missing posts) Challenge 2 Challenge 3 Challenge 4 Link to comment

I'm doing because I'm yhe main ome who cleans, and the house being messy stresses me out a bunch. Stress = Bad eating and a fuck it all attitude which in turn leads to no lifting. So, getting the routines down for the basics, no white glove testing, keeps me sane. I splurged with tax money last year. I have plans for the shed it's all in, insulation, paneling, put the window A/C in the wall, lay down that foam interlocking flooring, buy a fan, hang the LED light bars I've got in the shop that were bought for the gym shed. Hopefully I'll get that done this spring with this year's tax money. It shouldn't be a lot money wise, for the materials, just need to get them and get it done. It's not bad in there when it's 30F outside but in the summer it's unbearable if it's not a windy day. Khuja, Dwarf Tank
The next two days were very rough. It hit me harder than it had hit him. Yesterday was my first day feeling better, but still was weak from not eating much the past few days. Today has been spent trying to catch up on housework and work work. I will do some yoga before dinner, so I can get that going again. The water also fell by the wayside, as it also prompted getting sick to my stomach. I've had a half gallon today so far though. The weekends are always the hardest for me to keep any routines going. Hubby sleeps in, making me wanna sleep in, then he lazes around, watching anime or playing video games. It makes it hard to do any cleaning in the bedroom or kitchen, which is right next to the bedroom. I was trying to work for changing that, then I got sick. Never fails, I get sick, hurt, or piled up with work everytime I try to make positive changes. *Sighs and keeps walking forward* I am not going to give up this year. I will keep trying. Mana, I will keep walking forward. 1 Quote Khuja the level 2 Dwarf Ranger STR 2|DEX 1|CON 1|STA 1|WIS 3|CHA 2Current challenge Past Challenges: Challenge 1 (Challenge 1's missing posts) Challenge 2 Challenge 3 Challenge 4 Link to comment

CourtnieMarie
you already jumped back into your goals the second you started feeling better! that counts for a lot. you have the right idea. keep your head up and keep moving forward. maybe start with one easy thing on the weekend mornings. put away the dishes from the night before or make the bed or whatever small thing might need doing. just one! maybe Hubby will see you doing this and even pitch in! 2 Quote Instagram | pinterest read harder challenge | Battle Log | NROLFW Challenges: 13-1 | 13-2 | 13-3 | 13-3.5 | 14-1 | 14-2 | 15-1 | 15-2 | 15-3 | 15-4 | 15-5 | 16-1 | 16-2 | 16-3 | 16-4 | 16-5 | 16-6 | 16-7 | 16-8 | 17-1 | 17-2 | 17-3 | 17-4 | 17-5 | 17-6 | 17-7 | 17-8 | 17-9 | 17-10 | 18-1 | 18-2 | 18-3 | 18-4 | 18-5 | 18-6 | 18-7 | 18-8 | 18-9 | 18-10 | 19-1 | 19-2 | 19-3 | 19-4 | 19-5 | 19-6 | 19-7 | current Link to comment
Khuja, Dwarf Tank
Been keeping it going, my PC shat itself Thursday, been trying to get it fixed. Had two snow days this week with all the kids home, so they had a 2 day school week, since they were off for MLK day Monday. My eating fell apart, but my water and study goals and lifting have been kept up. Went for a bike ride tonight, first time since my crash in August. I enjoyed it immensely. Though, I took my clipless pedals off amd put the stock pedals back on after falling in the yard several times while trying to get used to them again. Only went 2 miles tonight, got to get used to being in the saddle again. No measureable progess yet, other than being less gripy. 4 Quote Khuja the level 2 Dwarf Ranger STR 2|DEX 1|CON 1|STA 1|WIS 3|CHA 2Current challenge Past Challenges: Challenge 1 (Challenge 1's missing posts) Challenge 2 Challenge 3 Challenge 4 Link to comment
