I don't bother spraying the foil. I drizzle olive oil on the veggies, and after stirring them up, the foil is covered as well.

i have actually tried this and the vegs still stuck! maybe i'm not heavy handed enough with my drizzle skills...

i have actually tried this and the vegs still stuck! maybe i'm not heavy handed enough with my drizzle skills...
This is why I use parchment paper. Things would still stuck even when sprayed with oil for me. I also wonder if I was not using enough spray. But they say parchment paper is healthier, something about the chemicals in the foil? (They also say not to use Keurig pods because of the foil tops...)

Quest 1: Daily movement of some form - 67% (better than before)

Quest 2: Lose 50 lbs this year - 88% (better than before)

Quest 3: Make your Routines a Habit, so Your Mine Stays Neat - 30% (this year is the year of illness for the mines)

Quest 4: Learn Japanese - 30% (Illness kept me very distracted, but I watched anime daily, so I had auditory language exposure)

 

Overall: 54% Lots of room to improve!
