However, this morning, I'd like to report that I have meditated for 270 days straight, as measured by the Calm app. I feel pretty good about that. That's it. There's a daily meditation that changes - so there is variety, but they also meditations on specific topics. So, that's been really helpful to me. There are silent timed modes and other features that are nice.
