Evicious Posted February 5, 2018 Report Share Posted February 5, 2018 Carrying over my goals from the last challenge: Work out 5 days a week (run / row) Eat in accordance with my doctor's orders (as vegan as possible) My running goal is to get into consistent (re: at least one week) 10:30 1 mile time. Once I hit that 5 days in a row, I will increase my distance from my current 1 1/2ish miles to 2 miles.
