Some other options cottage cheese cucumber+hummus+bell pepper+chicken sammies apples+almond/peanut butter avocado I also like zucchini with guac, but some people look at me funny when I eat raw zuc.. I may borrow your pull-up goal. Week 0 – Thursday slept in bc late night (for us). food was weird bc we forgot to make chia puddings so breakfast was a bagel sandwich & banana, lunch was leftover broccoli soup & potato, snacks were strawberries, an apple, and one of these: it was okay, lots of fiber and protein. the peas are in dried flake form like boxed mashed potatoes. i did grab some chocolates at the end of the day but there was room for them!
