basically the more complicated you make it the less it tastes like pea soup, lol. but yes, let me look i think i have one in my little Taddea cooking journal. i think last time I just used frozen store brand mirepoix (celery, onion, green pepper) with peas and carrots and basic seasonings: chicken broth, garlic, onion, salt, pepper and it was better than any i had tried to make fancy. 

 

also lazy so no capital i's or grammar or commas also on conference call at home... >_>

breakfast was two halves of two different Panera sandwiches that my supervisor bought us so we could take a minute and chat together. I did try a quarter of a raspberry danish before finishing my own snacks… someone brought them in from a really good bakery. no regerts. i have definitely cut back on work snacks significantly!

got in plenty of fiber with help from a quest bar, an avocado smoothie, and all the veggies at hibachi. after hibachi, we went bowling and drinking with friends. it was good stuff!

Week 0 – Sunday

 

allll the fiber from guac, halo top, and delicious split pea soup! we made our coconut flour bfast bars for the week and some dog muffins for her birthday. used carrots in both and we actually are eating the leftovers from the dog’s batch today. haha it made 6 muffins and her little stomach wouldn’t be able to handle that.

 

got in bar hangs and yoga (miscalculated how many minutes I needed to get to 65. oops) but no cardio. it was a rainy day perfect for cooking and lounging which is what we did. lots of The Punisher.

 

I think this is the first weekend since making my weekend fiber goal that I actually nailed it! I planned out each meal which helped immensely. didn’t end up making what I planned for dinner last night since we snacked a bunch and had the pea soup late.

 

fiber: 54/25

bar hangs: 5.25/6

yoga: 1/5; 64/65

 

solid zero week effort here. let’s ramp it up in week 1!!

lazy yoga is the best. the main thing is getting your body in some movement, no? you know sometimes when Adrienne is doing too many goddamn planks I just do whatever I damn well please...
