Hahaha - I work in education, so the trick is to find those gifs that are only NSFW for those of us with just the right sense of humor, but that will never get me in trouble...

Day 1: Success

I lifted today.  I'm not even spoilering  it. 

 

In pounds, @Sam Ashen

Normal warm up stuff

jump rope, shoulder dislocates, hip openers, toe things

 

squats

5 x 5 at 45

 

Bench

5 x 5 at 45

 

BB Row

5 x 5 at 45

 

Heavy Bag punches, mixed punches (mostly jabs, some uppercuts, a few roundhouses for good measure - basically whatever I felt like doing - no real combinations or anything)

3 x 20 seconds

 

Stretches

i forget - prolly the usual cat camel, deep hip, dog humpers, etc

 

Daily positivity:  Instead of feeling like I went backwards, lifting today felt like a new beginning.  I probably could have started at heavier weights, but this felt right. 

 

Day 1 food tracking:  On point - I may post my total tomorrow, I'm not sure if I am going to do that this challenge or not....but I am not finished eating today, so...........

 

SO....starting out well!
