ixaera
Spoiler Friday's Update 1. Lift things according to program Deadlifts happened Friday. Most weight I've loaded up with since the back injury (only 125, but it was heavy). Did a 4x3. Also did some front squats, and witnessed my elbow getting angry again. So I must be sometimes doing something funky with my forearm on that. Some bro stuff, the end. Good workout, though. 2. Eat 90+g protein 115g 3. Eat 2 veggies & a fruit a day There was kale & banana & pineapple in my breakfast smoothie, and more kale at lunch. Did okay I suppose. 4. Don't go over 1878/1850 today (tuaca overage late at night) 5. Don't cut yet, either -- 6. Write 2000 words a week! Nope 4 Quote Link to comment

ixaera
Spoiler A cover I really like. The original is probably my favorite song ever, but I felt like this would be the thing to post today. W2D1 1. Lift things according to program I didn't do shoulder/arms, but it was because of my elbow. On that topic, today I kind of rubbed the inside of my elbow and when I did that my shoulder popped of its own accord. It felt good and I have full range of motion without discomfort again. So, yeah, that's a thing? I guess I have some mild tendonitis for real that's affecting joints in the whole arm. 2. Eat 90+g protein 100g 3. Eat 2 veggies & a fruit a day Spinach in my eggs, salad with lunch, two clementines 4. Don't go over 1545/1550 Kind of hungry though, chalking it up to the hefty eats on Saturday 5. Don't cut yet, either All bloated this morning :S 6. Write 2000 words a week! Nothing yet Squats tomorrow 4 Quote Link to comment
CourtnieMarie
be kind to yourself about the weekend! your body may have enjoyed the extra fuel, especially when it told you it was overfull the next day - and that's okay i have had a weekend fiber goal for months btw (which roughly translates to your veg/fruit goal) and it's taken me a long time to figure out the best happy tasty way to make that happen. you'll get there! 2 Quote Instagram | pinterest read harder challenge | Battle Log | NROLFW Challenges: 13-1 | 13-2 | 13-3 | 13-3.5 | 14-1 | 14-2 | 15-1 | 15-2 | 15-3 | 15-4 | 15-5 | 16-1 | 16-2 | 16-3 | 16-4 | 16-5 | 16-6 | 16-7 | 16-8 | 17-1 | 17-2 | 17-3 | 17-4 | 17-5 | 17-6 | 17-7 | 17-8 | 17-9 | 17-10 | 18-1 | 18-2 | 18-3 | 18-4 | 18-5 | 18-6 | 18-7 | 18-8 | 18-9 | 18-10 | 19-1 | 19-2 | 19-3 | 19-4 | 19-5 | 19-6 | 19-7 | current Link to comment

ixaera
Spoiler W2D2 1. Lift things according to program I didn't realize it was deload week til I threw my program into FitNotes late last night. It's been hectic, I guess. Anyway, 2x5 at 80 lbs back squats, and I was fully intending to do 5x20 dumbbell romanian deadlifts but I kind of noticed my lower back was there on set 3, so that was that. I forgot my ab wheel and the gym's is missing so I did knee raises and got almost nothing out of it, so I guess it's core-exercise back up hunting time. (Planks are so boring ;_; but I might have to just deal) 2. Eat 90+g protein 88g Failure to plan is planning to fail... or something This was the fault of having a nova lox bagel for breakfast, which isn't very high protein, then bringing the protein brownie instead of the cookie (the cookie is less tasty, but 39g for 320 instead of 23g). 3. Eat 2 veggies & a fruit a day Not so great, not sure I want to count today. The bagel had 2 slices of tomato, capers, and 2 slices of onion. Lunch had dolmas and I had a lot of dolmas, and grape leaf is a veggie right? :S Also some hummus. I also had some raisins and almonds. I wasn't bad today actually. 4. Don't go over 1620/1850 ????????????????????? my appetite is wonky, blaming missing a pill and doubling up. Hormones do wacky stuff. I've way more than already made up for this anyway and it's deload week so just gonna leave it 5. Don't cut yet, either Lost 1.4 lbs of bloat overnight mwahaha 6. Write 2000 words a week! Nothing yet Gotta get up at the buttcrack of dawn to have my stupid teeth cleaned. Pity me. 3 Quote Link to comment
