Squat Max Rep Test

I'm guessing you're going to use a rep max calculator calculate a training max based on this. I counted 10 reps, which is a range at which rep max calculators  tend to be pretty inaccurate. I usually prefer to use sets of 3-5 for these purposes.

To actually answer your question, I don't see any reason why those reps wouldn't all count as one set.

Form could use some work, not that I have any room to talk when it comes to squat form. Your hips are coming up early, which I struggle with as well. The "drive your upper back into the bar" cue might help.
