WhiteGhost Posted February 18, 2018 Report Share Posted February 18, 2018 Handstands have been happening here I have been doing handstands at the beach and getting plenty of strange looks. I discovered yesterday that if I kick up into the handstand with the intent to walk a few steps I get better balance than if I intend to just hold it, regardless of which I actually end up doing. But only with wall support! I need more shoulder strength, more core stability, more balance and less fear. So... a LOT actually. Mad Hatter Posted February 25, 2018 Report Share Posted February 25, 2018 I did do the thing yesterday, but I reeeeally struggled with form yesterday and I kept piking at the hips which threw my balance off.
