vixxe
Hi all. I totally suck at talking about myself etc but anyway here goes. Last year I was diagnosed with stage 3 emphysema..on my birthday....happy joy. I want to delay stage four as long as possible, I prefer to hold on to the dream that I am immortal lol Thanks to steroids I put on 11kgs. Ive lost 5 kgs. Oh yeah Im from New Zealand and we use kilos not pounds...sorry about that. I live in a small town that has very few shops and no gyms. DIET: Okay my four goals for this challenge are to eat steak at least once this week. ( I'm an omni that leans to veganism - yes its an oxymoron ) To only have one sugar in my coffee. FITNESS To be able to do a 6km hill walk without using my inhaler. LIFE GOAL To start saving towards my rowing machine instead of just thinking about it. Quote Link to post
Harleytrypp
Welcome Vixxe! Sorry to hear about that lovely birthday present. Good goals. I totally understand the Omni/vegan dichotomy. For your fitness goal, is it 6k within the 4 week challenge, or 6k eventually without using your inhaler? What's your current distance without using it? If the 6k is a longer term goal, do you have a benchmark goal for the challenge time frame? Best of luck with all of these. I want to have done it by the end of this month. Quote Link to post
