New but Inspired

With 2018 being a year of new beginnings (as any new year can be), I decided to break through my own shackles of self-doubt, procrastination, and self-loathing. I want to change for the better and and I'm taking the necessary steps to do so.

 

So far I've: joined a gym, started meal planning, and I walk at least 20 minutes a day. However, I know that I can do more with better tools and one of those tools is knowledge. Knowing how I can improve with the resources at my disposal or to find new resources is what's going to help me adapt, adjust, and overcome the obstacles in my way. At the recommendation of a good friend, I've decided to join the Nerd Fitness Academy, incorporating NF Yoga as well, and now to help strengthen a community, as well as myself, I'm joining the forums.

 

I'm looking forward to achieving these goals with the rest of you!
