It's 3 PM and i'm starving!!

I was being nosy and looking at your daily battle thingy... Maybe the snacks weren't too appealing today coz they were the same as yesterday's? I dunno if maybe more variety would help? I live alone and it is hard to buy a lot of variety coz it ends up going bad before I have the chance to eat it... Maybe you could pre-make smoothies? or freeze different fruits for that and make it fresh? I dunno just ideas off the top of my head...

Well it tends to be the same Monday-Thursday i try to keep consistent. I usually love the afternoon snack but the main problem is there was pizza in the accounting department at work, that was up for grabs.

Down 100+lbs since March 1st 2017.

Need to get back on track to lose 50 more.

ugh.... free office pizza is a horrible temptation.  Good job resisting, but it does make "what I brought" seem less appealing.  Stay strong.

Yeah and its been happening more often here lately. Not just pizza but snacks, candy, potlucks, lunch meetings...

Thanks it hard but i'm getting back into the swing of not cheating at all.
That's awesome! I'm so stressed out today that I must admit pizza or a huge cheeseburger is all my brain has been thinking about. I've resisted so far... I have some delicious homemade zucchini noodles with Bolognese sauce waiting for me for lunch... hopefully that will take my mind off these evil thoughts

Burgers are my weakness. Good work resisting, keep it up! Homemade is so much better!

I find that the vegetable snacks never cut it for me. I have a tasty whey protein that satiates hunger better as my afternoon snack, and it's sweet so it helps those cravings more.
