Detox cabbage soup

This is a cabbaged soup that you can prepare to use it for the detox program.



2 cups of sliced cabbage

2 sticks of coriander, finely diced

1 onion, finely diced

2 garlic cloves, ground

1 cup of finely sliced spinach or any other green vegetable

1 cup of chopped carrot

2 cups of water

Half teaspoon of salt

Half a cup of lemon juice

1 teaspoon of natural oil, e.g., coconut or whichever is available


Heat a pan and add onions, garlic, carrots, coriander, and cabbage. Cook for about five minutes on low heat and keep on stirring over and over again until you see a uniform color.

You should then add your spinach and water to your meal and bring to a boil for five minutes.

Remove the ingredients from the stove and place in a blender. Add a lemon and the green vegetables to a blender and blend until it’s smooth and creamy.
