Sloth the Enduring
3/21/18 cont. I, in fact, did not shovelglove. We went to Target after dance class. Among socks and underwear and whatnot, we bought an intro to Pokemon box. I haven't been as present as I should be in the kid's lives lately. Slothboy and I stayed up late trying to learn the game. It was a worthwhile trade-off even if it gets Rooks and TML one more day closer to being able to keep up at the hammer race. 11 Quote “We might as well start where we are, use what we have and do what we can." – Caitlin Rivers Sloth: The Man with the Hammer battle log Link to comment

Sloth the Enduring
I’m feeling pretty rough today. Since Thursday night I’ve totaled about 8 hours of sleep. Apparently insomnia is a side effect of the new meds. I should work through it soon. This morning I did a habit-building placeholder workout as Peelout suggested. Shovelglove- 1 set of 5/5 X 5 movements. The 16# Hammer felt like it was 50#. In the middle of the night I started worrying about eating on the road. I ordered a supply of Huel as a food substitute. Last night I was at the big game store while I waited for Slothgirl. I managed not to spend any money.
