Sometimes, we all just need a "Okay, so where am I really" point. We know where we were and where we want to be, but that part in between can get confusing to where are you really.

Yes, exactly. I realised that regarding physical exercise I am already at a point where I can be very content with myself for the time being. So after closing and evaluating the results of this challenge I started to create the new challenge. This time I try a more balanced approach. Hope to see all of you there! :)
