When I stepped on the Scale and saw '-14 lb' I freaked out a bit and couldn't believe it... I had been avoiding the scale if there was not change i would feel the work was not worth it- it has been a huge boost! Plan: The next Challenge: I have found a good audiobook helps be inactive be fun and not a chore. To add interest and make moving more of a game at turn around/ halfway point I take a picture: Kind of a 'tour of where I have been. Spoiler RP To add the the RP that I am Jack Ryan and to share / add points for discussion I will test summarizing the book: This is an actual SPOILER for 'Patriot Games' Spoiler Jack Ryan is on vacation in London with his wife and daughter. He hears a loud bang and sees a car under attack. Without thinking let alone choosing he rushes in and stops two of the armed assailants. In the process he is shot in the shoulder. My walk wrapped up with him coming to in post-op recovery. Plan To manage soreness in my ankles I plan to bike tomorrow instead of walking. Also my brother in law come with me - that was nice. RP During this ride: Spoiler Jake Ryan is in his second day of recovery. He is surprised to learn those in the car he saves was the Prince, princess of England and their baby. As a result there many news stories and much attention. The ride ended while he was telling his account to the Cheap of the anti-terrorism unit. Plan Since the weather for the ride was so nice I am not concerned with weather tomorrow. My ankles took another beating from the bike ride. I am brainstorming what activity to do on Tuesday. Swimming sounds nice- but.. I have to pay $5 and travel to the pool... Secondly I can't listen to my book in the pool- I don't have water headphones or player.
