Hi all!

Mahalak here, not making the progress I'd like, but still committed to the journey and enjoying the ride (just not working hard enough on my diet). 

 

Goals for this challenge
Keep to calorie goals (currently 2100)
Increase home-prepared eating (eat out less than 6 meals/week)
E-Diet: 10:30am, 3:30pm, 7-9pm, and content
Second Space Daily

Maintain 5 days cardio (30 minutes) and 3 days strength-training per week

Week One Check-In

Keep to calorie goals (currently 2100) - 5/5
5 days cardio (30 min) and 3 days strength-training/week - Cardio 5/5, Strength-training 2/3
E-Diet: 10:30am, 3:30pm, 7-9pm, and content - 3/5
Second Space Daily - 5/5
Increase home-prepared eating (eat out less than 6 meals/week) - 6/5 - beat my goal for the week!

Week Two Check-In

 

Keep to calorie goals (currently 2100) - 4/7
5 days cardio (30 min) and 3 days strength-training/week - Cardio 5/5, Strength-training 3/3
E-Diet: 10:30am, 3:30pm, 7-9pm, and content -4/7
Second Space Daily - 6/7
Increase home-prepared eating (eat out less than 6 meals/week) - 7/6 - have a strategy for next week, I think...

 

In honor of reading The Boys in the Boat and watching Losing Sight of Shore:

technique is shaky, not making as much progress as hoped - but still moving forward!

Missed my Week 3 check-in, but here is the challenge total + my last week of tracking eating out:

 

Keep to calorie goals (currently 2100) 46.4
5 days cardio (30 min) and 3 days strength-training/week 3/4 weeks
E-Diet: 10:30am, 3:30pm, 7-9pm, and content 78.5
Second Space Daily 82
Increase home-prepared eating (eat out less than 6 meals/week) last week 3/7

 

I was not below my calorie count as much as I might have liked, but I've lost a few pounds, and some things are feeling a little looser.

Did well on cardio/strength training, but really want to be more consistent on the step count daily - for next challenge?!

E-Diet did pretty well, especially on content. Doing my part to bring FB stock down a peg!

Second space. Love the idea, and good about it in a number of ways.

Home-cooking: only ate out 3 times for the last full week, and one of those was kind of a throwaway.

Feeling pretty good for this challenge!
