Meditation  (Y) 

Conditioning (Good) it was recovery day, it was good 

Hp (80) some ups and downs so I kinda broke even, meals were all good but I did a lot of snacking on less then great stuff.

Meditation  (N) :(

Conditioning  (very good) 

Diet (81) did a little better than.yesterday. 

The week in review: 

This week was pretty good all around, I didn't do much running since Tuesday or so but I think my legs needed the rest to avoid injury later on. Conditioning and martial arts were both good and we'll rounded this week. Diet was balanced but had more carbs than usual, probably because I upped my lifting to account for the less running.

Nice. Running and martial arts are both pursuits that lend themselves toward injury. Way to play this smart!

 

And, uh, yeah. Basically, this all looks like it's chugging along as well as you could ask it to. It hasn't been perfect for you, but there's no sense in letting perfect be the enemy of good. :)

Conditioning  (good) morning pt, twas leg day, I got some good tips on deadlifting 

Meditation (Y) 15 minute guided meditation from the Internet 

Diet (85) good lunch and dinner, no breakfast

Diet (87) no breakfast, good lunch and dinner middle of the road snacking

Diet (85) pretty good for dinner and after training, not great lunch

Training (Y) a little bit 

Conditioning (ok) I programmed a good workout but I kinda gassed out 3/4 of the way through. 

Meditation  (Y) I did an ambient noise type thing got 9 minutes before I lost focus 

Diet (88) still good, snacks could use some improvement but my meals were good.

Conditioning ( Good) Lotta calisthenics, little bit of running 

Meditation  (Y) 15 minute mantra thing offline. 

Diet (83) honestly didn't eat too much, think my body wanted to clear out the bad stuff from yesterday

FWIW, I wouldn't read much into it. Sometimes, workouts are like that, and sometimes, the conditioning is just not there. It doesn't seem to be an ongoing pathological process, though, so I wouldn't regard it much.

Yup. Been there too. People freak out sometimes when I tell them that I'm not eating because it feels good not to eat; I wonder how they can go about feeling so bad all the time. But you get it. :)

Pretty good overall, I got a lot better with my meditation habit, and my diet and training wasn't bad either. I think for next time around I'm going to be more specific on how I want to improve my conditioning. I might take a month off the forums to focus on graduation though, not sure yet.
