DoubleTrouble slips, falls, and finds himself with the monks

3 good physio sessions yesterday! Kicks and spinning done too. Feels much less stressful to have goals that I can actually accomplish.

Shoulders/back sore yesterday, so did leg stretches and moved arms around to get the blood flowing and stuff. 2 good sessions of this, didn't do the third. Kicks and spinning done.

Glutes sore, butt shoulders and back were ok so I got in 3 good sessions. Did kicks and tried using a different broomstick handle for spinning. It felt slightly longer and heavier but I'll have to double check that.

 

Some superheroes need a telephone box to get ready. I need a janitor's closet.

Kicks and spinning were done on both Saturday and Sunday. 3 good sessions on Saturday, Sunday's night session was meh but the other two were good.

Absolutely so.   Also, the consistent habits will help you more in the long term.  Congrats!

Definitely didn't go as I expected. I thought I would be focused on learning kicks but I ended up learning more of "how to do a scottish accent" (which I've always wanted to do, so it's great!). Also you guys were super welcoming, so thank you! I miss jumping though, so I'll be going back to the assassins for the next challenge.
