@mu Posted May 16, 2018 Author Report Share Posted May 16, 2018 I did a shoot just now, I was excited and wanted to re-assess my crow entry I stopped worrying too much about my feet, and indeed they sort of come up on their own. I'm still pretty high up, it might take a while before I get the hang of it. BUT BUT !!! I managed to transition directly from crow to side elbow lever I'm pretty cheery right now It's the first time I manage to move at all from crow. Otherwise I switched side for the 8-angle, and mhm the other side is much harder... And the new move is SUPER WOMAN! It's probably due to my obsession with a 90 degree arm angle in bent arm press, and ... not taking classes. We go to France at the end of summer, maybe I can find drop-in classes or workshops for HS / arm balance, maybe aerial.
