So Physically sounds like you are doing great. The mental one, I can see that being hard. Have you thought about just focusing on the "cut back mobile gaming" for the rest of the challenge, and then do the TV one later>

Always great to get stuff knocked off the to do list. Keep it up.

Well this week I have high hopes for the mental points and cutting back on the TV/Netflix watching. Starting on Thursday I'm going on a (hiking) trip with my wife and my parents in law. Although the weather forecast doesn't look good, so maybe there won't be that much hiking. Nonetheless I guess there will be way more reading, board games and Yoga on those rainy days.

I am kinda jealous actually.The trip sounds awesome. I hope you have a great time, and being out in the woods like that can be a great way to unplug and recenter a bit. Have a great time
