Morning folks,
D here, aka Melmoth. I am getting back into fitness after a decade of . . . not that. Since the beginning of the year, I have lost 50 lbs through keeping a food diary. Now that the weather is nicer here in Massachusetts, I've been going out for walks and hikes most days after work, and I just dusted off my gym membership to start weight training again the other day. Once upon a time, I went to the gym 3-5 days a week. Now, I have another 100lbs or so that I'd like to lose and (partially) replace with muscle. I am a large guy and still pretty strong, but disappointed at how much strength I have lost over the years and excited to gain it back.
