Other things.

5/27: light hike?

6/5: mom’s birthday

6/9: dress fitting, boston pride

6/10: meet with photog., book club

6/15: friends bday party

6/17: Spartan workout class

This sounds amazing! I have always wanted to do a muddy course, but was not in good shape physically... I going to have to watch for them this year!

Good luck, but more importantly have fun!

you absolutely should! it's such a fun time and just makes you feel great (at least it does for me :D) i skipped the Spartans this year because they got soo expensive. the tough mudder was a bit cheaper. we'll see!

YOU'RE RIGHT!

Week 0 – Monday

I’m on my own most of this week which usually means a bit of extra stress as I’m not used to doing allll the chores. despite that, I made sure to get Monday and zero week off to a good start!

warm up, each move for 30s

crossover punch in squat

shoulder taps in knee plank

lunges

x2

circuit, each move for 30s

fast feet

high knees

jump squats

skaters

rest 45s

inchworm

BW squat

jump lunges - these were like 4 jump lunges then the rest of time just regular ol' lunges

spidermans

rest 45s

x3

then did a few minutes of yoga, took the dog out, and made 5 breakfast smoothies for the week

got some laundry done after work along with more yoga and a dinner of leftover broccoli soup with spicy sausage.

weekly tracker

workouts: 1

restaurant food: 0

avg daily fiber (g): 47

yoga: 14

Make sure it's set as rich text in outlook, then you should be able to copy/paste and maintain formatting.

Sounds like a magical soup! Filing that away for 6 months from now when it's finally cold enough for soup in texas.

Funsies!  Also, there's a shoe theme running through this challenge period? Shoes randomly came up in @MikeW's post, and I plan on targeting some cute red flats as loot if ever I get around to posting my own mess ... there's a weird synchronicity thing here that becomes more weirder the more I hang around.

Now on my list, sounds delightful. It's warm here, and I understand the general consensus that soup is a cool weather thing, but I'm up for convenient batch-cooked comfort foods just whenever.  I just made a giant crock pot o' chili last weekend, so sue me.

Samesies. Plus having leftovers in the freezer is perfect for when you don't feel like cooking.

yes! i typically pay no attention to weather appropriate food. margaritas happen in the winter and chili happens in summer -
